Lawn Mowing & Maintenance
Clean, even cuts on a schedule that fits your yard — trimming, edging and cleanup every visit so it always looks cared for, not just mowed.

- Trim & edge
- Cleanup included
Somers Lawn & Tree keeps Washington Court House yards sharp: weekly mowing and bed work, plus the tree removal, limb cleanup and firewood most lawn guys won’t touch. One call to Tom, one crew, the hard jobs handled.
Most homeowners call us for the mowing and stay for the work nobody else will take — the dead limb over the garage, the bed that got away, the tree that has to come down. Here’s what we handle.
Clean, even cuts on a schedule that fits your yard — trimming, edging and cleanup every visit so it always looks cared for, not just mowed.
The job other lawn crews pass on. Dead and dangerous limbs, leaners, and whole-tree takedowns — brought down safely and hauled out clean.
Overgrown beds taken back to clean lines. We pull what doesn’t belong, re-edge the borders and leave the whole place looking new again.
When trees come down, good wood doesn’t go to waste. We supply local firewood for the season — ask about availability when you call.
We’re a small, hands-on operation, so the person you talk to is the person doing the work. That’s why the reviews say things like “made it look like new” and “came out promptly.”
Mowing, beds, tree work and firewood from the same people — no juggling three contractors for one yard.
We answer the phone from early morning to late evening, seven days a week — storm-down limb or just a quote.
You’ll know the price before we start. No surprises — just an honest look at the job and a straight number.
Local crew working Washington Court House and the towns around it — we know these yards and these trees.
My large flower bed was out of control and Tom worked several days to remove the weeds and plants that needed to go. Edged the whole place and made it look like new.
A few jobs from right here in Fayette County — lawns kept sharp and trees cleared out. These are our own photos, not stock.

Yes — that’s the whole point. The same crew that mows your lawn can take down a dead limb or a whole tree, so you’re not chasing separate companies for one property.
Call Tom at (740) 463-8025 or send the quick form on this page. For tree and bed work we’ll usually take a look first, then give you a fair, upfront estimate before any work starts.
We’re reachable seven days a week, from early morning to late evening. If a storm drops a limb in your yard, you don’t have to wait until Monday to get someone on the phone.
Always. Clippings, branches and brush get cleared out as part of the job — we leave the yard looking finished, not like a worksite.
When we have it. A lot of our firewood comes from the trees we take down, so supply is seasonal — ask when you call and we’ll let you know what’s on hand.
